Updating Chapter Rules Now is the time to revise your chapter rules and send them to the State Bylaws Committee for review. Send your revisions to the Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee Chairman. Marilyn Young, state parliamentarian, is also available to assist you in the revision of your chapter rules.
