ANNIE AWARD

Annie Award - Select and submit your most outstanding program to the chairman of the Educational Excellence Committee for the opportunity to be recognized at the annual state meeting.  Take pictures... put them in the newspaper... send copies to us with your application for the ANNIE AWARD!
​Application:
  • Submit only one application per chapter.
  • Information may be printed, typed, or computer generated.
  • Chapter Educational Excellence or Program of Work Chairman will complete the form.
  • Limit the completed application to three (3) pages.
  • Deadline for Application Submission:  
    ​May 1.

Awards:
  • All participating chapters will be recognized.
  • Best in each category will receive special honor recognition Categories are Community Service, Educational Issues, Leadership, State/International Projects, and Just for Fun.
  • One Over-all Program of the Year will receive top honors.
